With personalised jewellery shipping times times please allow an extra 5 business working days. If unsure of delivery times please contact our customer support team.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.

We do NOT ship to these countries:

To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide and look across the globe for talented designers to provide the best quality products so depending on what product you order, and where that designer/distributor is located, will determine where your product ships out from. We work with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, China, and Australia primarily.

Absolutely! Yes, we are verified and trusted. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. Also, we have a GUARANTEED safe check out. Our customer service makes refunds and other inquiries simple and hassle free, we want to ensure your purchase is amazing. When shopping with us all your information is secure. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time-only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged. In fact, we only see the last 4 digits of your credit card. 

We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through our website. Due note that it takes 3-7 days for the tracking information to be updated. Once we have your tracking number details we will email you right away so you can track your order.

Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 3-4 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 6 days of your order you can simply request yours through our contact form or via email support@luvisaidpet.com and we will gladly you provide you with one. 

For customers who chose to buy with Priority Insured Shipping, your order will be insured 100%. We will ship your product promptly and we will make sure that it arrives to your door step. This means that in the event that your product has been misplaced, we will be liable and make sure that you get a new one for free.

Please note the processing time on all orders is anywhere between 2-5 days before your order is actually dispatched from our warehouses That then is added to your delivery time.

Orders of multiple items may ship separately for expediency, but there's no extra charge for this beyond the usual multi-item shipping rates.

Depending on the value of the products, COD and Taxes are generally paid for items greater than >$100 in value.The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.Import taxes, duties and related customs fees (VAT) may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

We Process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD in the most current exchange rate.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
